The Science & Technology Department of ASTEC supports capacity building and technology generation by innovators (individual) and institutions of the state. The activities of this division includes Innovation, Technology Generation and Awareness. The objectives of awareness programs are:

  • To encourage innovation in the state by providing financial and technical support
  • To create awareness on technology generation, development among the grass root level innovators
  • To guide the innovators for obtaining patent
